Share Ripple Ecommerce Renting Application Terms and Conditions

1. Rental Contract

Renting a product establishes a contractual agreement between the customer and Share Ripple. Through this arrangement, Share Ripple grants the customer the right to use the product upon payment of the rental fee. The customer is considered the temporary owner of the usage rights during the rental period. It's important to note that this agreement does not imply permanent ownership, and the customer must return the product to Share Ripple in a condition comparable to its initial delivery state.

2. Tenure of the Contract

The duration of the agreement corresponds to the duration selected by the customer when placing the order. The specified return date is indicated on the proforma invoice, and the product/accessory must be returned in its original condition by that date, as delivered by Share Ripple. If you choose to return the product before the agreed-upon tenure concludes, no refund will be issued for the collected rental amount. Extension of the tenure is possible depending on product availability and subject to Share Ripple's discretion

3. Payment Policy

The complete payment for each order encompasses the rental fee, refundable deposit, and any applicable delivery/pick-up charges. Please note that only online payments are accepted; cash on delivery is not available

4. Delivery Policy

Share Ripple conducts a comprehensive quality check before delivering the product. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect for damages and promptly report any issues to Share Ripple within one hour of delivery, allowing for possible exchanges. Please note that Share Ripple cannot guarantee the availability of the same item for exchange. Once the delivery is finalized, no refund requests will be considered. Products can be picked up at any time after the contract's end, and no additional charges will be applied for delays in the pick-up. Delivery of the product can occur on or before the scheduled contract start date. Share Ripple's team will handle the delivery, but users have the option to pick up the product from the warehouse if they prefer not to incur delivery charges

5. Pick-up Policy

The items must be returned to Share Ripple on the day immediately following the conclusion of the rental period. If the customer opts to pick up the product from the warehouse, it is imperative to return it promptly once the rental period concludes; failure to do so will result in the application of a penalty

6. Damage Policy

If any damage or loss of product(s) occurs, the company will promptly notify you upon receiving the product back. The customer is fully responsible for covering the costs associated with any damage, loss, or theft (disappearance) of items, irrespective of the cause or fault. Criteria for Damage: Damage is defined as any permanent alteration in the physical appearance or any change or loss of functionality of the product. Minor wear and tear resulting from general product usage are not considered as damage. Deposit Deduction: If the rented product is deemed damaged, the corresponding cost will be deducted from the security deposit paid by the customer. Should the damage or loss exceed the security deposit amount, the customer will be held accountable. Repairable Damage: Incurred costs include the actual repair expenses plus Rs 250 to cover logistics. Irreparable Damage: For irreparable damage, the customer is required to pay 70-90% of the product's current retail price, depending on its age. Upon payment, the customer retains possession of the product. Loss or Theft: In the case of loss or theft, the customer must pay 70-90% of the product's current retail price, depending on its age. Drone Usage: The customer acknowledges and agrees that if they use a drone, they undertake full responsibility for their actions. The customer is solely responsible for any unauthorized use of drones or engaging in any illegal activities using drones. Share Ripple will not be held liable for any consequences arising from the customer's use of drones in violation of legal requirements.

7. Security Deposit Refund Policy

Upon successful completion of the product quality check with no reported damage, the entire refundable deposit amount will be returned to the customer within 3 working days of receiving the goods. The refund process involves sending a payout link via email/SMS/WhatsApp, through which the customer is required to provide their account details. Both NEFT and UPI transfer options are available for the refund transaction

8. Verification Policy

All customers are required to complete the verification process set by the company, with a specific emphasis on Aadhar Card verification. This can be done either before or after paying the booking advance but must be finalized before any shipping arrangements are scheduled. This precautionary measure is implemented to ensure the safety and security of the rented products. If the customer fails to complete or provide satisfactory Aadhar Card verification, Share Ripple reserves the right to cancel the order, and any booking amount paid by the customer will be refunded within 7 working days
